My name is Jessica and I am a tv who loves to wear full skirts and petticoats. I went out shopping in public last month wearing 2 full white petticoats, a cream suspender belt, black nylon stockings, cream garter, black high heel shoes, cream knickers and bra and a white blouse. Over this I wore a long coat. I wore NO skirt. Initially I had my coat done up so you could see the bottom of the petticoats but later I left my coat open and walked around with my petticoats on full view.

I also wore a mini slip so that you couldn't see my suspenders. The feeling of walking in public wearing 2 full petticoats without a skirt on top was very exciting. Feeling my nylon stockings rub against my crinoline petticoats was exquisite. Women did look at me - I wonder if they were jealous.

Next time I go shopping I want to wear 3 petticoats with NO skirt.

I live near Bristol in the UK and would love to go shopping with a woman dressed in full skirt and petticoats. Perhaps we could change clothes in a shop - how exciting would that be.
